What it is

Race Radio is a mobile mini-game played at the Act SmART Zone booth as part of the RiskSmART GP campaign. Players scan the QR code with their phone camera, step into the role of Race Control, and make one pressured, risk-enabled decision — then say it out loud on the radio.

No app to install. No login. One run, one stamp, one photo-worthy moment.

The scenario

An exception to the complaints process is requested for a high-profile employer who wants a faster answer than the usual pathway allows. It's convenient. It's commercially sensible. It may not treat these members the same as everyone else.

The SmART call: check the policy, risk appetite and delegation limits; bring in Complaints and Compliance; and only approve an approach that is fair, documented and member-centred.
